Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience preferred—willing to train focused and customer-friendly people
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus 
• General digital literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
• Counter Sales Reps should be able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise 
• General math skills
• An ability to learn is a must have!

Responsibilities:

Counter Sales Representatives

• Provide advice to customers regarding the best products to fit their needs
• Process orders via order management system 
• Operate cash registers
• Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up 
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised
• Ensure merchandise is restocked 

Sales Support Representatives

• Work together with sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions
• Provide personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders 
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions 
• Able to use customer relationship management (CRM) and phone systems
